01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s local storage. The law treats both the same way, so this policy covers both.
02What we use

Both are first-party: they are set by rvmses.nl and are never shared with anyone else.
The human check on our contact form is held only in the page’s memory while the form is open. It is not stored as a cookie and disappears when you leave the page.
03What we don’t use
- No analytics or statistics cookies
- No advertising, retargeting or social-media cookies
- No third-party requests: fonts, scripts and images load from rvmses.nl itself, so no other company learns about your visit
04Consent
Functional cookies are exempt from the consent requirement of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (article 11.7a). We still tell you about them here and in the notice on your first visit. You can review that notice at any time:
05Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete cookies and local storage, or block them, in your browser settings at any time. If you block them, the site still works; you will just see the cookie notice again and may need to choose your language again.

01Wat cookies zijn
Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die een website in uw browser opslaat. Websites kunnen ook informatie bewaren in de lokale opslag (local storage) van uw browser. De wet behandelt beide hetzelfde, dus dit beleid gaat over allebei.

Beide zijn first-party: ze worden door rvmses.nl geplaatst en nooit met anderen gedeeld.
De menselijke controle op ons contactformulier staat alleen in het geheugen van de pagina zolang het formulier open is. Die wordt niet als cookie opgeslagen en verdwijnt wanneer u de pagina verlaat.
03Wat wij niet gebruiken
- Geen analytische of statistische cookies

04Toestemming
Functionele cookies zijn uitgezonderd van de toestemmingsplicht in de Telecommunicatiewet (artikel 11.7a). Wij informeren u er toch over, hier en in de melding bij uw eerste bezoek. U kunt die melding altijd opnieuw bekijken:
05Cookies beheren in uw browser
U kunt cookies en lokale opslag altijd verwijderen of blokkeren via de instellingen van uw browser. Als u ze blokkeert, werkt de site gewoon; u ziet alleen de cookiemelding opnieuw en moet mogelijk opnieuw uw taal kiezen.
