Rvmses (“Rvmses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an influencer marketing agency based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation thereof (UAVG).

Information you give us

Name, email address, phone number, and company or handle when you contact us, apply for representation, or submit a brief.
Social media handles, content samples, and audience information when you apply as a creator.
Project details, brief content, and budget information when you enquire as a brand.
Anything else you choose to share in the message field of our contact form.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited.

Information from third parties

Publicly available data from social platforms (e.g. follower counts, engagement metrics) when we evaluate a creator or audience.
Business contact details from professional networks when we research brand partners.

4. Why we use your data (legal basis)

To respond to enquiries and provide our services. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one.
To manage our roster of represented creators and our pipeline of brand clients. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest in running our business.
To evaluate potential matches between creators and brands. Legal basis: legitimate interest in delivering effective campaigns; consent where required.
To send operational and contractual communications. Legal basis: contract or legitimate interest.
To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
To improve our website and services. Legal basis: legitimate interest; consent for non-essential cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We only share personal data with parties that need it to deliver what we do. These can include:

Brand clients (creator-side data) and represented creators (campaign-side data) — strictly for the purpose of evaluating and running campaigns you are part of.
Service providers we rely on for email, hosting, file storage, contract management, accounting, and analytics, all bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
Authorities, regulators, or advisors where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your data.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Roster & client records: for the duration of our working relationship and up to 7 years afterwards, where required by Dutch tax and accounting law.
Website analytics: typically up to 14 months in aggregated form.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased, where applicable.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — including access controls, encryption in transit, and careful selection of service providers. No system is ever fully secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach affects your data, where required.

10. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, marketing pixels, social-media trackers, or any third-party advertising technology.

The cookies in use are:

rvmses_klaro — stores your acknowledgement of the cookie notice so we do not show it on every page. Set when you click “OK” on the notice. Lifetime: up to 365 days. First-party.
Anti-spam token (contact & intake forms) — a short-lived token, set only when you open one of our forms, used to verify that submissions are made by a human and not by an automated bot. Cleared when you submit the form or when your browser session ends. First-party.

The cookie notice on this site is managed by Klaro!, an open-source consent tool that runs entirely in your browser. You can reopen and review the notice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in our footer.

Our hosting and email infrastructure may, at network level, briefly observe your IP address — and therefore your approximate country — for routing, abuse protection, and message delivery. We do not store this information or combine it with other personal data.

You can change your browser settings at any time to refuse cookies; parts of the site (such as the contact forms) may then stop working as expected.

11. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date.
