RVMSES provides operational workflow automation services for staffing agencies, payroll companies and shift-based operations in the Netherlands and internationally. RVMSES is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our full company details are in our legal notice.
02What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily send it to us through our contact form or by email:

When you visit the website, our web server records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page and browser type. We use this only to operate and secure the website.
Providing your details is not a legal or contractual requirement. Without a name, company and email address we cannot answer your request.

04Legal basis
We process personal data on the following grounds of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Legitimate interest — to answer business inquiries, share relevant information about our services and keep the website secure.
- Pre-contractual measures — when your inquiry concerns a possible engagement.
- Consent — when you explicitly consent, for example with the checkbox on our contact form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — when Dutch or EU law requires it.
05Who receives your data
We never sell or trade personal data, and we do not share it for marketing. We use the following service providers (processors), who handle data only on our instructions:

06International transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Our processors are established in the EU and process data in EU data centres. Where a processor uses a sub-processor outside the EEA, it must apply appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
07How long we keep data
- Inquiries — up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
- Client data — for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Server logs — deleted automatically after 14 days.
- You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your rights).
08Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for the whole website and the contact form
- Encrypted email transport where the receiving server supports it
- Access limited to authorised people only
- Spam and abuse protection on the contact form, without tracking
09Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — have your personal data deleted.
- Restriction — have processing restricted.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

This website uses one functional cookie and stores your language choice in your browser. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and scripts are served from rvmses.nl itself, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit. Details are in our cookie policy.
11Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data correctly, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

02Welke gegevens wij verzamelen
Wij verzamelen persoonsgegevens alleen wanneer u deze vrijwillig aan ons stuurt via ons contactformulier of per e-mail:

Wanneer u de website bezoekt, registreert onze webserver bij elk verzoek technische gegevens: IP-adres, datum en tijd, de opgevraagde pagina, de verwijzende pagina en het browsertype. Wij gebruiken deze alleen om de website te laten werken en te beveiligen.
Het verstrekken van uw gegevens is geen wettelijke of contractuele verplichting. Zonder naam, bedrijf en e-mailadres kunnen wij uw verzoek niet beantwoorden.

04Rechtsgrondslag
Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens op de volgende grondslagen van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG):
- Gerechtvaardigd belang — om zakelijke verzoeken te beantwoorden, relevante informatie over onze diensten te delen en de website te beveiligen.
- Precontractuele maatregelen — wanneer uw verzoek over een mogelijke opdracht gaat.
- Toestemming — wanneer u uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft, bijvoorbeeld met het vinkje op ons contactformulier. U kunt uw toestemming altijd intrekken.
- Wettelijke verplichting — wanneer Nederlandse of Europese wetgeving dat vereist.
05Wie uw gegevens ontvangt
Wij verkopen of verhandelen nooit persoonsgegevens en delen ze niet voor marketing. Wij werken met de volgende dienstverleners (verwerkers), die gegevens alleen in onze opdracht verwerken:

Daarnaast kunnen wij gegevens delen met overheidsinstanties wanneer de wet dat vereist.
06Doorgifte buiten de EU
Wij geven geen persoonsgegevens door buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. Onze verwerkers zijn in de EU gevestigd en verwerken gegevens in datacenters binnen de EU. Wanneer een verwerker een subverwerker buiten de EER inschakelt, moet die passende waarborgen toepassen, zoals de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
07Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren
- Verzoeken — maximaal 12 maanden na het laatste contact, tenzij er een zakelijke relatie ontstaat.
- Klantgegevens — gedurende de opdracht plus 7 jaar, conform de fiscale bewaarplicht.
- Serverlogs — worden na 14 dagen automatisch verwijderd.
- U kunt ons altijd vragen uw gegevens te verwijderen (zie Uw rechten).
08Beveiliging
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen, waaronder:
- Versleutelde verbindingen (HTTPS/TLS) voor de hele website en het contactformulier
- Versleuteld e-mailtransport wanneer de ontvangende server dat ondersteunt
- Toegang alleen voor bevoegde personen
- Bescherming tegen spam en misbruik op het contactformulier, zonder tracking
09Uw rechten
Op grond van de AVG heeft u het recht op:
- Inzage — een kopie van de persoonsgegevens die wij over u hebben.
- Rectificatie — correctie van onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens.
- Verwijdering — het wissen van uw persoonsgegevens.
- Beperking — beperking van de verwerking.
- Bezwaar — bezwaar tegen verwerking op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang.
- Overdraagbaarheid — uw gegevens in een gestructureerd, machineleesbaar formaat.
- Intrekken van toestemming — op elk moment, zonder gevolgen voor eerdere verwerking.

Wij maken geen gebruik van geautomatiseerde besluitvorming of profilering.

Deze website gebruikt één functionele cookie en bewaart uw taalkeuze in uw browser. Wij gebruiken geen analytische, advertentie- of trackingcookies, en lettertypen en scripts komen van rvmses.nl zelf, zodat uw browser bij een bezoek geen contact maakt met derden.
